Referral Hub
- A referral platform with separate flows for Marketers, Intake and Owners. It started as one web app for one client.
- Now it's multi-tenant: org-scoped data rolled out behind a flag, a rehearsed backfill on live data, and a test that proves nothing crosses orgs.
- And it's on phones: an Expo app that shares code with the web through a monorepo, with push notifications that open the right referral and over-the-air updates.
